Using Family Care Pro

Terms and Conditions

Updated September 9, 2026 · Invitation-only beta

These terms describe the permitted use of Family Care Pro's public website, caregiver organizer, and invitation-only beta. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Who the service is for

Family Care Pro is intended for adults coordinating family care. The application is currently available only to invited beta participants. An invitation does not guarantee continued access or access to a future release.

Beta participation

Use fictional care information only during the closed beta. Do not upload real medical records, identifying details about a care recipient, or other sensitive personal documents. Use your own account information for registration and keep your password and invitation links private.

Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. Test information may be reset or removed. Do not rely on the beta as your only record of care, a reminder system for essential care, or a source of emergency assistance.

Care coordination and educational resources

Family Care Pro provides organizational tools and general educational resources. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medication records and completed tasks reflect what users enter; they do not verify that care was provided.

Confirm care decisions with an appropriately qualified professional. For an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not wait for a response from Family Care Pro.

Your account and care team

Use your own account and invite only people authorized to participate in your test care team. Choose access roles carefully. Do not attempt to access another person's account, care space, or files without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, unsolicited messages, or content you do not have permission to share. Do not upload malicious files, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or test security vulnerabilities without prior authorization.

Access may be suspended or ended to protect participants, address misuse, or conclude the beta. You may stop participating at any time and contact your beta coordinator about your account or test information.

Your content and our resources

You retain ownership of content you provide. You permit Family Care Pro to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service, including sharing it with authorized care-team members according to their access.

You may fill in, print, and share the free caregiver organizer with your family and authorized helpers for personal care planning. Keep its attribution and educational notices. Do not resell the organizer or represent Family Care Pro's branding or materials as your own.

External resources

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. Review those sites' policies before providing information.

Availability and changes

The beta is provided for evaluation and may contain errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free information, or a particular caregiving outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We will update the date on this page when these terms change. Review the terms before participating in a new phase of testing or a future public release.

Questions

Beta participants can contact the coordinator who invited them or use Send Feedback in the application. Please do not include real care information in feedback.
